Course set up
The fitness portion of this program helps you build muscle focusing on functional strength training to help with day to day life in motherhood. This program was created to give you the flexibility you need as a mom to fit the workouts into your busy life with 4 workouts a week 20-30 min each and a weekly cardio goal.
A section focused on deep core that progresses over the 12 weeks to help you retrain and strengthen those muscles. Regardless of when you had a baby it is never “too late” to begin working on your core - 6 weeks postpartum or 5 years into motherhood.
You’ll also have access to a section of mommy & baby workouts for the days that you need to workout with baby in the carrier to help you stay consistent.
Mobility work for lower back and hips. Posture stretches. Along with weekly educational pieces to help you become more in tune with your body to get the most out of your workouts
Nutrition education that simplifies and breaks down the concept of nutrition in a way that you can understand and apply to your daily life. How to fuel your body and WHY.
You’ll receive an assortment of over 100 different recipes to keep you inspired and help you learn how to cook quick and delicious healthy meals. Our goal is that these are recipes your whole fam will love, not just you.
